ASSISTANT MANAGER OF OPERATIONS 

As the Assistant Manager of Operations, you will manage and maintain inventory and operating efficiencies to ensure all customers are receiving high levels of customer service consistent with our Ace helpful brand. This includes interviewing, training and monitoring the progress of area mangers, the inventory coordinator and backroom coordinator in establishing and achieving set retail objectives based upon the company standards and policies thereby creating a culture based on service through inventory and operating standards.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ retail inventory management experience
• Hardware background helpful but will train the right candidates
• Strong interpersonal, communication and follow through skills
