SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Service Center Manager manages the day-to-day operations of a Just Brakes Automotive Service Center, providing leadership to Center personnel. Inspects, tests, and/or performs diagnostic work on customer vehicles to determine the costs of needed repairs.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for overall management of Center; including hiring, training, managing and directing the daily activities of Center employees and providing input in the evaluation of their work performance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • A strong, demonstrated knowledge of general shop procedures and overall production requirements in a Just Brakes Service Center.
  • Experience managing and directing the work of two or more employees.
  • Understanding of governmental regulations and laws affecting our industry
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to add and subtract in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals and compute rate, ratio, and percent.
  • Must have dependable transportation to work
