Responsibilities:

• Has sole charge of the store and is accountable for its day-to-day operation of the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Provides work direction.
• Assists with associate training.
• Interviews applicants and makes recommendations to the manager.
• Handles associate and customer complaints and ensure compliance of corporate directives, policies and procedures.
