Grounds Keeper

Pay Rate/Salary: $9.50-9.50 / Hour

We are seeking an experienced individual to help clean and maintain an apartment community in Delano, CA. This position is a long term assignment- 40 hours a week.

Qualifications:

-Good communication skills

-Bilingual (English/Spanish)

-Ability to positively interact with the general public, tenants, and staff

-Detail oriented

- Janitorial and light maintenance experience required

Responsibilities:

-Clean and maintain the grounds and common areas

-Power wash premises

-Help maintenance team with work orders

-Some Heavy lifting require 60lbs or more
