Manpower is currently hiring an Administrative Assistant for one of our clients in Menomonee Falls, WI!
Job Responsibilities:
*This position performs administrative duties relative to on-going functions within the Marketing department including travel planning and expenses reports, coordination of in house and remote events such as training including required services, monthly reports, newsletters, and other clerical activities.
*Assist Marketing associates in travel arrangement including booking and modifications to travel itineraries.
*Prepare and submit Expense Reports for Marketing associates
*Coordinate logistics, services, and setup of events such as training both in house or at remote locations including communications to attendees, service providers, and local facility staff.
*Assist in the coordination and mailing of Marketing materials includes newsletters, brochures, and product samples
*Gather inputs from marketing associates and prepare Monthly Reports.
*Coordinate travel schedules for marketing teams.
*Assist in gathering data and preparing various reports for Marketing Associates.
*Assist Marketing associates in determining status of product orders in our plants and expedite when necessary
*Prepare or assist in the preparation of various Newsletters including MOTC newsletter
*Coordinate the onboarding of new Marketing associates, interns, and temporary help with facilities, IT, and other service providers.
*Place orders for office supplies and miscellaneous items for department
*Support Marketing associates and other assigned associates with general clerical and administrative requests
*Coordinate all requests for facility services proposals by sending out requests, obtain multiple bids from approved vendors, receive and coordinate all contracts, review contracts with finance team and Facilities Manager, convert to purchase order.
*Coordinate appropriation requests by identifying approved suppliers, converting request to a purchase order and coordinate payment of invoices.
*Other duties as assigned
*Administrative support for department of approximately 20-30 associates
Requirements:
*Bachelors degree preferred
*Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative capacity
*Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint in processing spreadsheets, presentations and general correspondence
*Knowledge of multi-line telephone operation including setting up conference calls
Contract Length: 1 year
Pay Rate: $20/hr
