PrideStaff Financial, a specialized Accounting and Financial Staffing Firm, is seeking an Accounting Manager for a local Farming Company. This is an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity with pay starting at $20.00/hour and will increase to $60,000/year when hired on!

Accounting Manager – Farming Company

Job Description:

As the Accounting Manager you will report to the Owners. As the Accounting Manager you will be tasked with the following daily but not limed to:

Journal entries

General Ledger

Accounting

Asset tracking

Debt financing

Monthly account reconciliation

Annual costs reconciliations

Manage the AR and AP processes including year-end

Monitor and reconcile front office sales

Manage insurance policies

Coordinates, administers, and controls financial operations

Company financial analysis and reporting

Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and forecasts

Examine internal controls for strengths and improvements areas

Coordinates and assists in audits for worker’s comp, insurance, property tax, and tax returns

Correspond with CPA

Recommends new policies and procedures

Accounting Manager – Farming Company

Job Requirements:

BS in Accounting/Finance

5+ years’ experience in an accounting role with increased job duties

2+ years’ experience as a manager
