Bilingual Customer Support Specialist

Location: Norcross, GA

Compensation: Up to $14/hr DOE

Start Date: 01/27/2015

Schedule: 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift

Job Responsibilities:

Responds to in-bound calls from retailer clients selling company's products. First tier level support for technical problem resolution on point-of-sale activation. Paid training will be provided to all employees. Training is on 1st shift: 10:00 AM-7:00 PM

Requirements:

• 1 year Customer Service experience

• 1 year Call Center experience

• Computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of telecommunication industry and/or POS terminal technology / terminology a plus

• Fluency in Spanish required and/or trilingual (French) a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be willing to submit to a thorough background check, credit check and drug screen
