Elite Rehab Placement is a fast growing rehab placement firm located in Southern California. Our goal is to field calls and place clients in the best inpatient treatment center possible based on their, wants, needs, and financial situation. We work as a team to accomplish this goal both on site, and via CRM software.

Job Overview
The average day consists of answering incoming phone calls and qualifying potential leads through a given criteria. There will be basic guidelines provided to you to steer the call in the direction you want it to go, but, due to the nature of these calls, a specific script does not work. You will need to have very strong conversational skills to succeed.

When a client is considered qualified, you will verify benefits with the insurance provider and enter the lead into our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. Included in every lead will be detailed notes about the client that may help the closer place the client in the best possible treatment situation for their needs.

Work start and finish times vary based on specific openings, but generally a work day is 8.5 hours and you will maybe expected to be at the office 5 days a week.
All representatives will be issued a laptop so that they can work on the go, but will be required to work on site on normal work days.

-Representatives are responsible for:

-Answering incoming calls from potential leads
-Collecting important information during the call
-Verifying insurance benefits
-Entering information into our CRM (Salesforce)

Required Skills and Experience:

-Applicants must have some work experience or education in the arena of addiction and recovery preferably with actual hands on experience
-Strong personal skills are required. You will be taking to potential clients that will have to like and trust you in order for them to convert into actual clients.
-You must be computer savvy so some degree. You will be required to enter all leads into Salesforce, in real time. Training will be provided on this.


Preferred Skills and Experience:

-It is preferred that you have some customer service experience
-Previous experience with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus.
-Work experience in the recovery field, either at a treatment center, or in a related setting.
-Experience in the medical industry, specifically dealing with insurance, is highly beneficial.
-Representatives that are bilingual are beneficial. More specifically, English and Spanish.


Compensation: Representatives are paid both an hourly rate and commission on all clients that they enter into the system that later close. Rate of pay will be determined based on your experience and skill set.

Hours: Both day and night shifts available
