Part Time Book Keeper

Remedy Intelligent Staffing is currently seeking a part time Bookkeeper to work for a reputable company located in Madison, WI. This is a temp to hire position starting at $12 dollars. Job Duties:
1.Pay supplier & subcontractor invoices in a timely manner
2.Take all reasonable discounts on supplier invoices
3.Pay any debt as it comes due for payment
4.Must be familiar with AIA pay applications to subcontractors
5.Conduct a monthly reconciliation of every bank account
6.Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy
7.Issue financial statements
8.Maintain the chart of accounts
9.Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested

Desired Qualifications: The bookkeeper candidate should have a knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles. Candidates must also be experts working with QuickBooks accounting software package.
