Hiring for a 6 months Credit Analyst. Must have experience with credit, accounting, collections and finance. Pay: $16/hr Duration: 6 months Location: Menomonee Falls, WI This position directly affects the timeliness of cash income. It also assists with resolution of outstanding customer issues, which provides for an accurate picture of what is a cash receivable and what is not. It is also responsible for monitoring our exposure on questionable customers with a high risk. Key Responsibilities:  Perform collection calls with customers to arrange payment of past due accounts.  Review orders on credit hold and determine whether or not they should be released.  Process credit memos and investigate customer complaints.  Monthly reporting of credits issued, delinquencies, etc.  Some cash application required.  Responsible for reconciling customer accounts.  Contact customers to resolve open items  Provide information to Credit Leader, Finance, Sales or Customer Service regarding status or specific details of an account  Obtain and analyze credit information to determine credit limit for new accounts or increase limit for existing accounts.  Interface with sales, customer service, marketing and other credit team members. Required Capabilities:  1-2 years in a corporate business environment either in or a combination of Accounts Receivable, Customer Service and Credit/Collections  Candidates will possess excellent written and oral communication skills along with strong analytical skills.  Basic electronic spreadsheet, database, and word processing software skills required, preferably with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to operate multiple computer applications required. Oracle experiences a plus.  Good comprehensive ability.  Independent decision making and problem solving skills required.  Ability to work effectively in a team-based, high-paced corporate environment is required.  High school diploma required.  Multi-task oriented.  10-key skills required.  Organization skills for high volume applications are required.  Attention to detail required.  Knowledge of general ledger accounting basics required.  Ability to work with people at all levels including outside customers, sales, management, other outside credit people. Essential Functions:  Must be able to communicate telephonically and electronically with team members and leaders of supported organizations.  Must be able to hear/understand/speak with team members at all levels within a diverse workforce.  Must be able to walk/climb to a variety of primary work locations.  Must be able to work in front of a personal computer for long periods of time.  Must be able to lift documents/work materials up to 30 pounds in weight.
