About this job

The Collections Account Representative at Silverleaf Resorts Inc. is responsible for working directly with current owners who have delinquent accounts with us and to identify what needs to happen to fix their account. The Representative will be taking payments and working out payment plans to get the accounts back into good standing.


Responsibilities:

Efficiently navigate the dialer and account information computer screens
Have a thorough working knowledge of the Silverleaf product
Update projected numbers
Process any paperwork that may need to be reviewed or produced
Generate at least 90 outgoing/incoming phone calls
Make right person contact with at least 30 owners
Process at least 8 on the phone payments
Execute proper call control and flow
Track and monitor production throughout the day
Properly schedule, manage and process account queue to guarantee correct coverage and follow-up
Take over phone calls from fellow teammates that can not be resolved
Maintain and demonstrate core values
Follow up on various tasks assigned by department management


Skills/Qualifications:


Ability to exhibit a high level of professionalism with a "team player" approach
Excellent negotiation and creative problem solving skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills required
Experience in an automated and manual, high volume, call center environment
Collections experience; a minimum of three (3) years experience preferred
Experience with Windows based PCs required; AS400 knowledge preferred
Ability to remain flexible and adaptable on a fast-paced environment
Available to work varying shifts required
