This role will be a key contributor to the success of our account management
team. They will be involved in all the administrative and support functions of
the group renewal process. They will support the Account Managers as needed to
ensure that customer and broker concerns/issues are responded to timely and
resolved appropriately.

Responsible for the daily support of the sales
function to minimize the administrative work of producers. Responsibilities
include analyzing and reporting renewal sales data, communicating changes to
sales plans, communicating, pricing data, and managing the operational logistics
of renewal group  meetings and
activities. Works closely with account management and other functional leaders
to develop and maintain the operational infrastructure supporting sales
recruiting, goal setting, training and on boarding, troubleshooting order
processing issues and producer requests, and sales-related information systems
and procedures

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 2+ years experience in an Administrative
    role.
  • 1+ year experience in Claims.
  • 2+ years experience in Customer Service within a Professional environment.
  • 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office- Excel, Word,
    Outlook and Power Point.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • State of Washington Health Insurance
    License.
