Chick-fil-A Kent Island Talent Director We are looking for a Talent Director to help us with all aspects of our restaurant regarding people. This person must love developing and seeing people grow as well as love strengthening our culture of service and thinking others first. Some job requirements would include but not be limited to: recruiting interviewing/hiring process conducting and enforcing regularly scheduled reviews for all leaders and team members training and development for all team members and leaders promotion opportunities recognition and rewards for great performance team member engagement surveys, evaluation, and action discipline tracking parties anonymous surveys conducted of leadership effectiveness Team communication This person would be working alongside a team of directors to help grow our business as we continue to increase our capacity by investing in people and their development. Beginning pay will be around $40k+ once training is complete and it is determined that the candidate is a good fit for the position with our team and culture. A director in a Chick-fil-A restaurant have excelled and "own" large parts of the business. They have invested in their own growth and the growth of their peers. They are emotionally mature and look at the business with a long-term big picture view. By learning all parts of the business they can almost work in any capacity and are really trusted to make decisions that put the store's best interest ahead of any single person. This team of directors is fully responsible for everything happening in the store, including bigger picture items not including day to day operations. They must display great character and understanding of the CFA culture and must be constantly working "on" the business as well as in the business.
