Maids Around Town is looking for a residential cleaning manager / trainer. This position will be responsible for training new cleaning applicants, maintaining supplies, quality control and some administrative duties.
Position Duties
-Assist in recruiting & hiring of cleaners in your market
-Initially assist in cleaning residential properties to develop processes and procedures
-Train new applicants by having them observe & assist with cleanings
-Maintains cleaning supplies, makes sures cleaners are stocked & equipped
-Quality control - make sure jobs are properly done
-Administrative work such as schedules, field reports, general updates and cleaner analysis
-Some marketing activities such as door hanging
Ideal Candidate Has:
-3-5 years of cleaning experience and / or management experience preferred
-Available full time, with a flexible schedule, some weekends
-Excellent problem-solving skills, finds new & quick solutions
-Enjoys working in fast-paced environment
-Customer service oriented, organized & attentive to detail
-Valid TX Drivers Licence and reliable transportation w/ insurance
-A strong desire to learn & grow their professional career
Preferred Not Required:
-3-5 years of customer service management experience preferred
-Bilingual (with Spanish) is a plus
-Is internet & computer-savvy, quick in learning new systems
Compensation / Benefits:
-Compensation -- Base salary plus salary & commissions.
