Seeking Nanny For 6-Year-Old Twin Girls In Weston

Our wonderful nanny is headed back to graduate school at the beginning of 2015 and, as result, we are looking to hire a fantastic new nanny right after the holidays to care for our twin girls. We need care (and transportation) for our 6-year-old twin girls, Monday-Friday. Responsibilities include: picking up twins from bus stop at the end of our street (early afternoon - except for Wed when it's noon) and bringing them home, driving to activities, making crafts, planning/overseeing play dates, teaching age-appropriate skills (i. e. learning to read, etc.), doing laundry, cleaning/organizing, making meals, etc. Also would like to find someone who has the flexibility to occasionally work more hours as needed (i. e. school vacation days, days when one child is home sick, etc.). Must be detail-oriented, responsible, reliable, and have a passion for children. There is some flexibility on the hours available - meaning if a nanny needs more hours per week, that could be arranged.
