A Cleveland based QSR franchisee is seeking experienced district managers to become part of our team. If you have strong leadership and operational skills and are interested in becoming part of our growing organization please submit your rÃ(c)sumÃ(c) and cover letter.

Minimum experience requirements:

Four years of QSR general manager experience or relevant experience.
OR
Relevant district manager experience.
OR
Combination of higher learning education and experience.

Qualifications:

Proficient in Excel, Word; possess math skills and ability to navigate job relevant software.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Candidate must demonstrate leadership skills and experience.
Possess strong time management skills and be able to work with multiple locations.
Candidates must possess an understanding of budgets, how to meets budgets, how to adjust cost and understand profitability.
Excellent customer service skills
Analytical skills are essential. District managers must be able to analyze a problem and find a solution.
Discernment is essential. Candidate must be able to make decisive decisions.

Responsibilities:

Implement quality improvements.
Implement strategic planning across an entire district.
Conflict analysis and resolution skills.
Must have the ability to maximize sales and profits.
Must be able to hire and train the right people who will maintain an efficient and motivated team including management personnel.
Audit and review management teams including sales, team building, training, development and operations
