Office Assistant and Scheduler - Full-time / Part-time

We have a part-time/full-time opening for a Office Assistant and Scheduler.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

• Must have 2 or more years experience.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Background check required.

Wage: Starting - $9/hr

The Cleaning Authority of North Tarrant County is growing and we are seeking an office professional who enjoys working with people and computers, and who speaks fluent English and Spanish. We provide a great place for great people to work and we are looking for a great person to help us grow our business.

Job Details:
- Answer phone calls related to customer and employee inquiries.
- Work with owners to help stream line office processes including, but not limited to work scheduling, employee metrics reporting, and filing.
- Ordering and stocking of cleaning and office supplies.
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm. (Please note that the hours are not negotiable).
- This is a FULL-Time position (With opportunity to grow for the right person)

Requirements:
- Must be fluent with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Must fluently speak and write both English and Spanish.
- Must be punctual and trustworthy with supporting references.
- Must have a valid US drivers license and a reliable vehicle with insurance.
- MUST be able to pass thorough local & National background check (no criminal records).
- MUST have good attendance. This is NOT a part time job.
