Position Summary

As a Sales Leader you will be responsible for driving sales and activation of one of the leading and most aggressive communication companies in the country! Working out of your home location inside a big box retail store, you will engage directly with customers and employees of the retailer to promote our clients brand and sell their great products and services providing superior customer service and selling skills. Additionally you will manage and develop a small team of retail sales associates at other locations in your general area driving performance, providing training, motivation and encouragement. You will be provided with state-of-the-art training and management tools that create a fun, competitive and connected team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales performance at your home location by selling and engaging directly with customers within store
Personally responsible for engaging, qualifying and recommending solutions to customers
Lead and manage team of 6 to 10 part time wireless sales representatives positioned within other retail locations your area
Drive weekend performance (Thursday-Sunday) by increasing sales volume and improving the quality of the sales force that operates inside of our retail locations.
Provides leadership by instilling passion and direction through coaching and development of a cohesive team.
Responsible for review and analysis of sales reports, payroll reports, store schedules, activity planners, etc

Strong verbal and written communication skills -- Ability to sell ideas and to influence others.
Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision and to make the appropriate decisions in order to attain business objectives.
Wireless or Consumer Electronics experience a Big Plus!!! (but not required for the right personality!)
Technology savvy, Smartphone and computer literate

Additional Qualifications

Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
Flexibility to work days, weekends, evenings and holidays
Some Regional travel required

Compensation

$13.00/hr. Plus Commission
