Associate Bank Ops and Infra ID#P127892 - Full-time

- Responsible for production support and troubleshooting system issues related to outsourced applications- Assist in maintaining system configuration and business parameters for core banking platform.- Day to day quality assurance on processes, deliverables, documentation, communication, meeting documentation and action item follow-up- Ensure delivery of project technology that meets identified requirements, scope, cost, time, quality, business partner satisfaction.- Responsible for coordinating with the BT team to perform any data fix in the production- Coordinate with Operation Strategy team to develop talk off/ workarounds for short term data fix- Coordinate with project delivery team in finalizing the requirement for new project initiatives- Coordinate with Vendor team in finalizing the functional approach for a defect and obtain fix for the same- Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies and document risks and issues and recommend solutions.- Support multiple systems used in consumer banking and administer those systems as required.- Effectively apply our methodology and enforce project standards.- Other duties as assigned
