Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant is expected to perform a variety of clerical
and administrative duties. The Administrative Assistant is expected to
answer phones, complete administrative duties (which may include
assistance with accounts payable and accounts receivable) and support other
staff members with clerical tasks.
Primary
• Handle office responsibilities to allow consistent full time
networking effort, which is critical in building the business
• Answer each incoming call in a friendly, professional and
knowledgeable manner
• Field new client inquiries over the phone in a knowledgeable
manner
• Assist with introductions of CAREGivers to new clients
• Assist with billing processing, including client invoices and
CAREGiver payroll, filing as needed
• Assist with monthly schedules and maintaining accurate client and CAREGiver records
in ClearCare, contacting clients regarding holidays
• Communicate client and CAREGiver concerns or problems
with owner or other staff members as appropriate
• Make courtesy calls to remind CAREGivers of scheduled weekend shifts and request confirmation calls
• Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM (1/2 hr lunch)
