Job Description:
Information Center Specialist, FT 3 day shifts & 2 Evening Shifts of 12pm-9pm, alternating Saturdays 8:30am - 3:30pm
Position Summary
Learn, understand and explain all DCU products and services, identify members’ needs, and cross-sell appropriate products in a call center environment. Provide members with quality service and accurately process routine transactions in a timely manner.
Skill Requirements:
- Previous teller and/or call center experience or a college degree
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Basic PC skills
- Ability to cross-sell a wide range of DCU’s products and services, and the ability to resolve customer inquiries in a fast paced environment
