As a Healthcare Product Consultant, you will contribute to business and product strategy development and execution in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Central to this important role are requirements gathering and definition, operational testing and deployment, evaluation of product performance and development of product enhancements. You will creatively think about how the customer experience should work – translating a vision to processes and requirements that impacts millions of lives and helps to advance specialty pharmacy delivery within the broader health care system.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drives products from the Concept and Design phases through Feasibility, Launch into Management phase
  • Assists in the development of product plans, value propositions, business cases, operational requirements and more
  • Assembles research using multiple secondary data sources and primary research findings to develop forecasts
  • Conducts gap analysis between future state operational requirements and current capabilities to identify resourcing needs
  • Facilitates advancement of the product into the annual capital budget and RSA process including preparation, review and approval of accompanying documentation (CBA, BVD, VFQ, PRD, etc.)
  • Cultivates relationships with key internal customers and works across the matrixed organization to create alignment and commitment

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in Healthcare.
  • Previous Product Development or Product Management experience.
  • Previous experience developing specific products which will drive revenue.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree.
  • Pharmacy Benefit Management-Pharmacy experience including Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Operations or a combination thereof.
  • Specialty Pharmacy Clinical or Operations experience.
