Primary Responsibilities:

• Leverage business knowledge to propose solutions to business problems regularly in a dynamic work environment


• Collaborate with the Sales, Proposals and Clinical teams


• Gather, summarize and analyze detailed data


• Formulary Disruptions and Tier Analyses


• Drug Repricing


• Ad Hoc Reporting and Analyses

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, mathematics or related field


• Exceptional financial acumen and P&L management skills


• Intermediate level with MS Excel and Access


• Proven experience driving business performance in a high growth environment


• Strong executive presence, communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SQL


• Healthcare industry experience
