The Associate Finance Director is responsible for various financial functions including business analytics, annual planning and quarterly forecasting, metrics reporting and ad-hoc analysis. This person will also create in-depth financial models and analysis of company financial and operational metrics to evaluate and influence numerous aspects of the company's business performance. The candidate will have primary FP&A responsibility for the ODM business within OptumInsight. Close connection with business leaders is key to success for this particular role.

Primary Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent


• 5+ years finance or accounting experience


• 1+ years financial planning and analysis experience


• Experience with capital planning and business case preparation


• Strong analytical and problem solving background


• Excellent communication and organization skills


• Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel


• Experience with Word and PowerPoint


• Enterprise financial systems experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Supervisory experience


• Public accounting experience


• Proficiency in MS Access


• Hyperion Essbase, and PeopleSoft experience
