Customer Service Associate
As a customer service/call center associate you will answer incoming phone calls and provide information regarding benefits connected with callers credit card, conduct research to provide caller information and occasionally assist upset callers with issues. Concierge style customer service skills required with a minimum of two (2) years call center experience.
Varying shifts and work schedule requires alterinating weekends.
