CareMeridian is seeking a Regional Director to oversee the operations of a large region in San Fernando Valley making up 7 current facilities with 6 beds each and 2 new facilities that are opening shortly.

This Director would implement the strategic direction for operations and ensures alignment with the company business goals and objectives.

Regional Director supervises the quality of services provided to our patents including implementing initiatives to improve quality and the quality of care.

The Regional Director will also manage ancillary staff in addition to licensed professionals such as DONs and/or ADONs that oversee facilities.

Possibly handling vendor relationships and assisting marketing personnel when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree preferred but not required
• Registered Nurse License required
• Five to ten years of experience with significant management experience in the human services and medical field, clinical hands on experience necessary
• Patient Advocacy
• Other education and experience plus licensure as required by state
• Rehab specific experience is helpful but not required
• Knowledgeable regarding state regulatory compliances, JC, Title 22
