Experience: ° Strong knowledge of all aspects of Construction activities including Scheduling, Design, Permitting, Bidding, Estimating, Contracting, Job Costing, and Construction Management. ° Thorough understanding of database structured programs and reporting. ° Proficiency of latest Estimating Software. ° Excellent leadership and management skills, exceptional communication, negotiation and analytical skills required. ° Must be highly organized and detail oriented. ° Presentation, oral and written communication skills to address and inform clients, associates and vendors of varying levels. ° Must have the ability to build positive and sustainable relationships with peers, subordinates and vendors. JOB REQUIREMENTS Job Requirements: ° Bachelor's Degree preferred.
