The ideal Personal Stylist Coordinator is motivated, results oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day.

Responsibilities

• Support Personal Stylist to perform all aspects of the selling process
  Serve as an ambassador to the Personal Stylist program for customers and store employees
• Provide a positive customer experience by accurately handling all customer orders
• Handle customer merchandise coming in and out of the department
• Assist the Personal Stylist Manager in supporting the administrative needs of the department
• Complete sales transactions at the cash register
• Handle customer requests to schedule or adjust appointments with Personal Stylists
• Process special orders and follow-up on merchandise being sent from other stores
• Set up customer fitting room with merchandise selected by the salesperson
• Support team goals and build positive relationships
• Greet customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner
  

Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)


• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about fashion
• Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
