About this job
New company in Erlanger KY area seeking a Temp to Hire position for a Customer Service/Sales Order associate.
Position is First Shift, Mon-Fri 8 to 5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls and emails from nationwide customers and sales reps
- Identify and respond to requests (ie., quotes, orders, returns, warranty issues, etc)
- Generate product quotes for dealers; track dealer quotes
- Convert dealer quotes into orders, and coordinate with warehouse for shipping
- Generate invoices for dealer billing, maintenance and collection fo dealer accounts
- Assist with inventory reconciliation
- Process dealer credit applications and set-up new dealer accounts
Qualifications
HS Diploma or equivalent required.
Previous Customer Service experience in a Medical Equipment, Warehouse or Distribution Setting is a plus
Must possess strong communication skills, strong listening skills and be able to multi-task
Must be able to function with minimal supervision
Must have good problem analysis and solving skills
Computer proficiency is a must. Must be able to operate and utilize a CRM program and Microsoft Suite, plus QuickBooks
Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills
Motivated to train and learn about products in inventory
