Administrative Assistant - Part-time Local service club is seeking an administrative coordinator to create greater efficiencies for their club. Experienced, detail oriented and organized person is needed to help Club leaders be more efficient and productive. This local Frederick, MD based Rotary Club is seeking an admin support person who will report to the Board Secretary. This non-profit Club is part of a highly regarded international service organization that has nearly a 100-year history of helping our local community be a better place to live and work. This is a part-time position averaging approximately 10 hours per week, but can sometimes be less or more; dependent on the timing of club events and schedules. The job offers significant flexibility in the hours you choose to work and the ability to work from your home. Successful candidates will have prior work history as an administrative assistant with experience in database management, invoicing, process reporting, and calendar management. Successful experience working with members of a volunteer Board of Directors is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as being adept with office technology and software are necessary. Must have personal access to Microsoft Office software and Internet connectivity.
