ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Essential Functions Statement(s)
• Complies with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies and procedures.
• Understands all meat temperatures.
• Knows how to select proper cuts of meat for cooking.
• Completes French toast sear 1 min per side on each broil item.
• Adheres to proper seasoning of TRH steaks.
• Restocks drawers and workstation throughout the shift.
• Adheres to all recipes.
• Has the ability to read all tickets and clearly understand each item listed.
• Maintains proper cleaning and sanitation standards throughout the shift.
• Maintains proper uniform and hygiene standards at all times.
• Responsible for weekly and/or nightly side work pertaining to the broil station.
• Sets up and breaks down station to proper guidelines.
• Responsible for steak counting, re-wrapping, and labeling of products throughout the shift.
• Maintains proper etiquette with the FOH staff.
• Ability to assist with allergy issues, re-cooks, and up-cooks.
• Understands equipment usage, calibration, and proper maintenance procedures.
• Work in an open kitchen and from time to time will converse with the guests.
• The ability to have fun at work.
