We are looking for an Associate Director, Clinical Quality to join our team in Las Vegas, NV.


 


Responsibilities:




  • Develop a business strategy to support Community & State Goals


  • Focus on Medicaid Program to meet contractual requirements


  • Have access to the HEDIS/Medmeasures teams and tools and therefore improve HEDIS Rates


  • Oversee the closing of Gaps In Care (GIC) through the Value Based Consulting (VBC) and Southwest Medical Associates (SMA) program


  • Implement the Clinical Practice Consultants (CPC) program


  • Monitor and improve the rates for the 5 priority measures (AWC, W15, W34, CDC and AAP)


  • Preview effective studies for each of the programs implemented in Nevada


  • Incorporate more best practices to increase the closing of gaps in care


  • Improve the HEDIS scores

 

Requirements

Requirements:




  • RN preferred


  • Minimum of 5 years managed care experience strongly preferred


  • Minimum 5 years QI experience required


  • Must have background in HEDIS and NCQA


  • CPHQ preferred
