Primary Responsibilities:



  • Taking / receiving Incoming
    and Outgoing calls from Vision Providers requesting status updates on their
    eyeglass and contact orders.
  • Approve and deny order
    requests.
  • Relaying denials from
    other internal departments to the Providers, as well as handling Appeals.
  • Working with all states,
    including Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
  • Every agent will make and
    receive anywhere from 80 to 100 calls per day. You will need to make
    make/receive at least 14 calls per hour. 









Requirements

Required Qualifications:




  • High School Diploma/GED.

  • Ability to work 10:30 am - 7:00
    pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime, as needed.

  • 1+ year of Customer Service
    experience.

  • 1+ year of experience utilizing
    the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform the job
    duties.



Preferred
Qualifications:




  • Call Center experience.

  • Optical experience.
