Primary Responsibilities:
- Taking / receiving Incoming
and Outgoing calls from Vision Providers requesting status updates on their
eyeglass and contact orders. - Approve and deny order
requests. - Relaying denials from
other internal departments to the Providers, as well as handling Appeals. - Working with all states,
including Hawaii and Puerto Rico. - Every agent will make and
receive anywhere from 80 to 100 calls per day. You will need to make
make/receive at least 14 calls per hour.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Ability to work 10:30 am - 7:00
pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime, as needed. - 1+ year of Customer Service
experience. - 1+ year of experience utilizing
the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform the job
duties.
Preferred
Qualifications:
- Call Center experience.
- Optical experience.
