About this job
Searching for highly qualified and motivated candidates to become part of our Life Data Entry team. This team is responsible for the entry of Life Insurance applications and point of sale documents to our Genius work-flow with opportunities for out-bound calling, acts of an agent processing, and other proactive processing.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (RESPONSIBILITIES):
Data entry of insurance applications and supporting/related documents.
Provide administrative services, case control and system maintenance for work assigned by department leadership.
Promote and maintain high quality customer focus, communicating effectively in a prompt and courteous manner.
Keep abreast of new procedures and all updates.
Learn other Front End support processes as needed.
