About this job

The benefits analyst maintains the benefits program. This includes Health, Dental and Vision insurance, 401k Retirement Plans and Flexible Spending Accounts, FMLA, Short Term and Long Term Disability status and claims, Leave management, and Supplemental Insurance. Ability to communicate effectively and work with third party vendors and resources. Maintain knowledge and keep abreast of current changes applicable to company policy and procedures and complex legal compliance. The benefits analyst must maintain thorough knowledge of all benefits choices the company offers. In addition, this position is the backup and an additional resource to the Payroll Analyst.

This person will be operating within the "Workforce Now" ADP module. 80% of the position is working with benefits and the other 20% will be supporting payroll.
