Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Customer Service Representative will work in the office at Client's Contractor Sales office in Sterling, VA . They will interact face to face with contractors when they come into place orders and pick up orders for building materials such as stone, gravel, tools, concrete, etc. They will work behind a desk/counter at the Contractor Sales office and will use a Point-of-Sale system (Net Suite) to complete and place customer orders. They will be trained on a system that they use to register the weight of someone's order (customer will get the stone loaded into their vehicle and park on a scale outside, they will record the weight from the computer in the office).
