Job Description: Admin Assistant to sit in a job trailer for the new build school project. Work Environment: Office setting in the job trailer on the new build construction site. Qualifications: 2+ years Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Project)
Construction Experience (job trailer, construction company, etc.)
* Must be comfortable working on a construction site
* Must be an organized person that will keep things neat and tidy - do things by the book
Performance Expectations: 1st Day:
Processing, Scanning and copying construction documents and billing information. They will be working with up to 20 sub contractors throught the project - getting paperwork and making sure our company(as the general contractor) has everything on file from the subcontractors. ** NO ACCOUNTING **
- This person will be told by the Superintendent what to put in the RFI. They will be taking pictures and making any changes
- Attend meetings for safety and coordinate OSHA training schedules.
- Create bindings and documentation files to keep information organized

Performance Metrics - This person will report to the Superintendent. Performance based on quality of work, attention to detail, and organization.

Best vs. Avg:
Best person will have used Submittal Exchange (Construction software to organize projects) and has worked in a job trailer on a construction site before.
Additional Compensation: 40 hours a week. Typical hours are 7-4 or 8-5. Additional Information: This person will work with 2 Superintendents, a Project Manager who is there every other week and an Assistant Project Manager.
