Logistics Clerk

The Logistics Clerk is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of all shipments to and from the site.

• Duties Include:
• Coordinate the arrival and unloading of all incoming shipments
• Perform the administrative tasks
• Prepare the necessary shipping documents
• Manage approved product returns from customers back to site
• Document all issues encounted with transport service providers or shipments so that effective compaints can be made
• Monitor and resolve all assigned parked and blocked invoices
• Assist with stock takes and the cycle counting
• Investigate and resolve any complaints

Requirements include:

• High School Diploma or GED. Associates or Bachelors Degree a plus.
• Strong Computer Skills. Experience with SAP a plus.
• Great Interpersonal Skills.
• Logistics experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be self motivated and a problem solver.
