Aerotek is looking for a Account Resolution Specialist II is responsible for contacting delinquent home lending (mortgage) customers to collect past due payments and recoverable amounts, encourage the customer to make timely payments, and identify potential opportunities for Loss Mitigation workouts in order to resolve the account's delinquency.

Business professional dress
*Large call center environment i.e. open cubicles

* 2 plus years of customer support, in an inbound call-center environment.
* Current, working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including: Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
** Available to work over-time as requested and required by business need and communicated by your manager.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
