Heavy Inbound Call Center Experience
Heavy Outbound Call Center Experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
Data Entry experience
Excellent computer skills, proficiency in MS Office Programs
Extensive administrative/clerical experience
Ability to provide excellent customer service support to all customers in a timely friendly manner
Ability to gain the knowledge provided in a 3-6 week training period easily and correctly
Minimum of 2 to 3 years recent call center work history
Ability to prioritize and complete tasks within assigned deadlines
Requires a high school diploma
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the call center industry.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Bilingual English and Spanish a plus.
