Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Research and interpret data/information and respond to questions
Analyze data and/or metrics to generate appropriate solutions or actions
Deliver timely communications in accordance with deadlines and client expectations
Sets up client feedback systems to track client focus
May coordinate special activities and attend various meetings and training sessions
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Associate's degree or completion of two (2) years in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science or related discipline required
Minimum of 6 months IT experience
Skill in:
Understanding technical terminology and developments
Knowing when and how to apply technical skill/s or procedures
Performing complex tasks in area of expertise
Effectively communicating and influencing appropriate audience
Exercising judgment and decision making
Ability to:
Follow instructions
Work independently with instruction
Effectively organize and prioritize all tasks and responsibilities with assistance
Participate in team projects and activities
Escalate unresolved issues to others
Organize, manage and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment
Understand client needs, take action to meet those needs, and educate clients
Build collaborative relationships within IT, with clients, and vendors
Gain credibility, and continuously learn and apply learning
