Job overview
Lobby Attendant is responsible for maintaining all public restroom and public areas of the hotel in keeping with IHR's high standards of quality.
Requirements
- Have the ability to interact with guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
- High school education or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hotels/resort and/or similar environment.
- Reliable transportation.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Position is AM (mornings) and PM (evenings) - must have schedule flexibility (weekends, holidays, morning, night).
- Able to walk/stand for extended periods of time.
- Able to bend/kneel.
- Able to push cart up to 50lbs.
