Our client in Bridgeport, WV is currently seeking qualified Sheetmetal/Structural Technicians for immediate employment. This is a 3 month contract-to-hire position with a salary of $17-25/Hr based on applicable experience. Candidates who qualify will be eligible to receive per diem.
Duties/Responsibilities:
The candidate must be able to read blue prints and schematics. Will be performing C and D Check maintenance on the following aircraft models CRJ 200, 700 and 900 series aircraft, Bombardier Business Aircraft (Challenger, Lear, Global Express) and Q-400/Dash 8's in a repair station environment. Candidates will also be responsible for fabrication and/or modification of related sheetmetal/structural parts and components.
Qualifications:
Airframe or A&P License is required
3-8+ years aviation heavy maintenance experience (CRJ experience preferred, but not required)
Candidates must have their own tools
Successful completion of written and practical assessments
Must be willing to submit to a drug test and background check upon job offer
