Duties for this position includes, but not limited to:
1. Greeting customers with a smile in a timely manner.
2. Effective selling of our products in a friendly and professional manner, focus on benefit selling,
overcome objections, and closing the sale.
3. Answering incoming phone calls with an upbeat and friendly attitude.
4. Achieve all sales targets, goals, and gross margin percents.
5. Assist in maintaining a clean, organized and effective selling showroom.
6. Process orders accurately and efficiently in our computer system.
7. Attend all training classes as scheduled to enhance job skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
Family Leisure of Kansas City requires energetic and highly motivated candidates that are fast learners, sales driven, and customer service professionals. Retail experience is a plus, but not required. Advancement opportunities are available in product management and development, sales management, purchasing, and other areas. Working Saturdays and Sundays is required.
