Product Parts Analyst

ManpowerGroup is currently seeking a Product Parts Analyst to help support our client's team in Wamego, KS. This is a temporary assignment that will last approximately a year. The pay rate is $21/hr. Job Description: *Develop and electronically author service information for delivery via the Service Information System (SIS) to dealers and customers worldwide *Utilize the SIS Authoring system and/or Desktop Publishing applications to develop and electronically author a variety of service information types used to operate, maintain and repair client equipment *This information is based on complex research of product service requirements and must be completed in a timely, accurate manner *SIS is an SGML (ISO standard) based proprietary system that provides data intelligence by means of tagging content and structure that enables documents to be published electronically in the format specified by the engineer *Use a variety of complex systems / software and digital photographic equipment to research and develop service information Requirements: *BA in engineering or technology degree is preferred, however, significant experience within SID, demonstrated technical writing skills, or hands-on iron mechanical skills will be considered *Requires Service Information Engineer experience *Candidates must have good mechanical aptitude, a customer focus, initiative, planning & organization skills, good communication skills, and the ability to travel if required *Candidates must be team players, have the ability and desire to learn complex technologies, and have good interpersonal and mentoring skills For additional information, please contact jordan.smith@manpowergroup.com and in the subject line list the name of the position and its location.
