Positions in this function are responsible for the hands on delivery of care
for patients in their home. This requires certification as a Certified Nursing
Assistant or Medical Assistant

Requirements

Required Qualifications:




  • Must be a licensed C.N.A. in
    the State of Georgia.

  • 2+ years experience as a C.N.A.
    (Hospice or Home Health experience is strongly preferred).

  • High School Diploma/GED.

  • Must have CPR certification.
  • Must have a Driver's License
    with reliable transportation and valid insurance.

  • Computer skills/ability to learn quickly.   

  • Flexibility to work
    nights/weekends.
