Employees in this position are responsible for checking in, scheduling appointments, answering billing questions and managing patient medical records for a clinic. Roles may vary based on the size of the location(s).
Primary Responsibilities:

Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Certificate for Management of Assaultive Behavior, or the ability to obtain certification within 90 days of hire.
- Availability to work variable, full-time, 10-hour afternoon/evening shifts, as well as weekends.
- Previous Clerical experience
- Experience working with both Government and Commercial Insurance in a professional setting.
- Management of Assaultive Behavior Certificate.
- Experience with MEDITECH.
- Bilingual fluency with English and Spanish, English and Armenian, English and Chinese, English and Korean, English and Filipino.
