Our client in Westborough MA is looking for multiple Customer Service Representatives to start at their call center during the first week of February.

Customer Service Reps will be on the phone 100% of the time answering customer questions. Candidates will not be giving out financial advice and this is not a sales position. Will be providing customer support and will be trained on how to answer specific questions.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides quality customer service and support to customers on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution and account transaction processing in a timely manner.
  • Under direct supervision, performs less complex operational tasks in a product or functional area, including processing, balancing, settling and servicing all types of security transactions.
  • Responds to customer inquiries.
  • Investigates and corrects errors in customer accounts and statements.
  • Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries.
  • Records details about customer inquiries.
  • Helps resolve complicated customer complaints.
  • Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution.
  • Familiarity with MS Office required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Hours - call center is open from 8am-8pm Monday - Friday. Candidates must be open to this working at any point within this time-frame.
  • Ability to work in a VERY fast-paced environment
  • At least one year of call center/customer service experience
  • Minimum HS Diploma; preferred Bachelors or Associates degree in finance/accounting/communications/economics or related field
