Job duties include:
Taking inbound calls - confirming orders, doing proof of orders, tracking freight, and scheduling deliveries. They are working in a call center environment for a trucking company. Most of the time they will be talking to customers who are expecting deliveries from Best Buy, Slumberland, Wal-Mart, etc. Talking with truck drivers as well and communicating with them to help best serve the customers need.
Average is 15% talking with Drivers and 85% communicating with customers who are expecting shipments.
