We are recruiting a Customer Support Associate that will be assigned to work at a medical site in Towson, MD. This position is very unique- you will be a permanent employee of our client- but will work at their client site as a customer service liasion between the two! The position acts as an On-Site Account Manager and handles a wide variety of daily responsibilities including administrative, service and commercial activities for the account. Previous experience in a medical environment or related field a plus! Previous account management with a customer service focus preferred.
General responsibilities incude:

Maintain customer service levels for the client site- answering questions, assisting with invoice or billing issues, etc.

Follow up with facility staff to ensure rental products are appropriate and utilized

Coordinate product checks

Verify warranty support and arrange service/ maintenance of products

Utilize sales tools such as CRM to coordinate and schedule customer activities

Demonstrate product knowledge and application to customer

Coordinate field based sales such as customer implementations, product servicing, product trials, and product demonstrations

Successful candidates will:

Have excellent time management and organizational skills

Be high energy and customer service focused

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Be proficient with MS Office

Possess strong alalytical and problem-solving skills.

Have the ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations with tact

Demonstrate a high level of professionalism

Be able to effectively and productively work well with minimal daily supervision

Possess a 4 year degree
